Specialty coffee roasted in Provence, biscuits made in La Ciotat: Café Lauca and Maison Craquelin come together in a single gift set, designed for the coffee break.

Café Lauca, a specialty coffee born between Colombia and Provence

The story of Café Lauca begins in the mountains of Colombia. Laurent, its founder, returned there in 2019 and met the producers who cultivate coffee from his native land. Back in the South of France, he set up his roasting workshop in Aubagne and launched his first roasts in 2021.

Laurent works exclusively with specialty coffees—beans scored above 80 out of 100 according to international standards. They come from South America, Central America, and Africa, sourced through partners committed to fair compensation for producers. That same year, Café Lauca became the first roaster in France to be equipped with an IMF roaster, an Italian machine renowned for the consistency of its profiles.

A balanced coffee, without bitterness

The Café Lauca signature: powerful coffees that are neither bitter nor overly acidic. A pursuit of balance that can be found in his shop, La Boutchica, on Rue Grignan in Marseille, where people come to enjoy freshly roasted coffees.

Our bags of biscuits and Café Lauca specialty coffees

On one side, our Provençal biscuits in bags: cookies, shortbreads, and navettes, made in our La Ciotat workshop. On the other, the specialty coffees from Café Lauca—single-origin coffees from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, or Costa Rica, roasted in Aubagne. Two ranges that complement each other, from the cup to the plate.

Specialty coffee and our biscuits, in one gift set

Two Provençal houses, sharing the same high standards for their products. In this white gift box tied with an orange ribbon, Café Lauca coffee meets our Provençal biscuits, which naturally accompany a cup of specialty coffee. An elegant gift for a morning break, the end of a meal, or a corporate thank-you.
