Our history

Two friends. One region. An idea that changes everything.

It all starts in the village of Cassis.
Two teenagers: one is back from Dakar (David), the other is sailing (whenever he can escape class).
They cross paths at high school and recognize each other immediately: same energy, same taste for freedom, same obsession with the sea.
Very quickly, they become inseparable.
Classes drag on, the waves call out.
They surf, sail, and work.
David takes over the management of a pizzeria. Nicolas helps him in the evening while continuing his studies.
Two different paths, the same DNA: to do, to create, to share.

2018 – The crazy bet
They take over an event catering business. 
An unstable, unglamorous, ultra-demanding market. 
But it doesn't matter: they want to bring people together.
Then comes the streak of bad luck that no one could have written: yellow vests, COVID, the war in Ukraine.
Three setbacks. Three storms. 
Three reminders that fate never gives a warning.
Their business falters. 
Their vision, however, does not.

An idea is born

What if we gathered in a different way?
Simpler.
More sincere.
More universal.

A cookie.

But not the one we already know.
A cookie that breaks the mold.
Irregular: because it is handmade.
Healthy: because their children eat them.
Raw: because taste doesn't need makeup.
Natural: with no colorings or preservatives.
Refined: because true beauty is in the essentials.

Our Inspiration

Provence is more than just a postcard.
It is a playground. A crossroads.
A cuisine from elsewhere, shaped right here.
Between sea and hills, it gathers influences.
Spice markets.
Childhood sweets.
Grandmother’s recipes.
Italy, so close by.
The Orient, woven throughout.
The Mediterranean as a common thread.
A cuisine sometimes forgotten, but always alive.
