In September, Maison Craquelin headed to Paris. Three locations, three tastings, and one clear goal: to showcase our Provençal biscuits where our customers offer them, just a few weeks before the holidays.
A tour led by Nadège
Nadège, our sales manager, spent several days with our Parisian clients. Meeting the teams, gathering their feedback, and setting up a tasting table in the heart of the store: this is how we love to work with our partners. The start of the autumn season is the perfect time for it. Shelves are being prepared for the end of the year, gifts are being chosen, and a tasting is always worth more than a long presentation.
Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon, a break before departure
Gare de Lyon is the gateway to the South. It felt natural to share our navettes and cookies with passing travelers, offering a moment of respite between two trains. A first glimpse of Provence, even before leaving Paris.
épic Monoprix, a taste of Provence in the heart of Paris
At épic, Monoprix’s fine grocery store, our biscuits hold their place among an exacting selection of products. The tasting allowed customers to discover our entire range: anise and orange blossom navettes, palets, shortbreads, and cookies, all made in Provence.
Galeries Lafayette, taste before gifting
At Galeries Lafayette, our bags occupy a prime spot in the Provençal Biscuit aisle. For the tasting, three recipes were in the spotlight: the cocoa, hazelnut, and fleur de sel biscuit, the double chocolate hazelnut cookie, and the orange blossom navette. Three different moods, perfect from aperitif hour to after-dinner coffee. Many visitors saw them as the perfect gift idea for the holidays.
Preparing for the holidays now
These meetings confirmed what we suspected: our handmade biscuits find their place naturally on the holiday table, as host gifts or end-of-year gestures. For gifting, our gift sets and assortments bring together the best of the Mediterranean in one package.
